25kg net, Paper/PE complex bags with double PE inners.
Nickel Carbonate Basic FAQ
Is nickel carbonate the same as nickel carbonate basic?
No. Nickel carbonate (NiCO₃) and nickel carbonate basic(xNiCO₃·yNi(OH)₂·zH₂O) have different chemical structures and properties. Nickel carbonate basic is more widely used in catalysts and industrial applications.
Does nickel carbonate basic generate dust during use?
Yes. Conventional nickel carbonate basic usually has low bulk density and fine particles, which can create dust during handling. Fairsky offers customized dust-free options, including high-density products and nickel carbonate paste forms.
What are the key parameters for catalyst-grade nickel carbonate basic?
The most important factors include nickel content, impurity control (Fe, Cu, Co, Na), and particle size distribution, all of which directly affect catalyst performance and stability.
How is basic nickel carbonate used in glaze and pigments?
When heated, nickel carbonate basic decomposes into nickel oxide, making it suitable for ceramic glazes and green pigment production.
